In conjunction with Educational Law 99.31, St. Dominic Elementary School complies with this federal regulation. All parents have the right to inspect and review their child's educational records, seek amendment of the student's educational records that a parent or student believes to be inaccurate or otherwise in addition to violating a student's privacy rights; consent to disclosure of personally identifiable information contained in the student's education records, except to the extent that the Act and Law 99.31 authorizes disclosure without consent.
