About Me
I am in my 38th year of teaching at St. Dominic Elementary School. I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a teacher. I entered college with an education major and I graduated from Cortland College with a degree in Elementary Education. I received my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Adelphi University. I taught Kindergarten for 26 years and absolutely loved it, but I love teaching 1st grade even more! Teaching children to read is truly rewarding!
My interests include traveling, music, going to concerts, playing tennis, and spending time at the beach (morning, noon or night!). I coached the Girls Varsity Tennis Team at the High School for 30 years. I co-moderate Little Chefs. I love spending time with family and friends.
